I’m a data insights and analytics leader passionate about building data products. My team resides within the intersection of applied machine learning, platform services, and business strategy. I’m a hands-on leader with broad experience ranging from building and architecting platform services to delivering new- to-the-world, machine learning based features.
As a lead data strategist, I identify and integrate new datasets that can be leveraged through our product capabilities. I also work closely with the engineering team to strategize and execute the development of data products. I devise and utilize algorithms and models to mine big data stores, perform data and error analysis to improve models, and clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy.
I have demonstrated track record of translating advanced analytics and data and articulating key insights to create value and improve business performance. I have also ability to effectively share technical information, communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of business.
Throughout my career, I’ve driven data and analytics literacy across the organization, supporting institutions to sustain customers through relevant communication and broader business strategy. I’ve also been recognized as a capable leader, motivating employees to operate autonomously and strive to enhance operational awareness.
I have Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from University of Oxford and successfully completed Chief Data Officer Certification and Executive Data Science certification.
